Welcome to Hands. By installing our browser extension and utilizing our autonomous agent services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. License & Usage
Hands Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Hands extension. You agree not to use the agent for malicious, illegal, or abusive automated attacks, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, credential stuffing, scraping protected data, or violating the terms of service of third-party websites.
2. Account Limitations
Free tier accounts are subject to dynamic rolling limits to protect our network integrity and ensure fair access. Pro subscriptions guarantee 5x capacity multipliers but remain subject to fair-use policies to prevent systemic abuse.
3. Autonomous Action & Liability
Hands operates as an autonomous agent acting upon your explicit instruction. We are not liable for unintended actions taken by the agent on your behalf (e.g., accidental purchases, data deletion, or unintended communications). You are responsible for reviewing agent execution plans, especially when authorizing sensitive tasks or granting access to authenticated sessions.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hands Labs and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the extension in a manner that violates these Terms or third-party rights.
