At Hands Labs, your privacy is our foundational principle. Because our agent operates directly inside your local browser, the vast majority of your data never leaves your device.

1. Local Execution Guarantee

All processes, actions, and automations happen locally on your browser system right in front of your eyes. We don't store any of your chat history, screenshots, or anything at all. It all stays on your local device.

2. Data Collection

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to manage your account and improve software reliability:

• Email addresses for account management and billing. It is what is essential for now, if you are worried about it, then try BYOK, it is completely private between your browser and your endpoint.
• Subscription and payment status securely processed via Stripe.

3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you use our Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) feature, your prompts and DOM snippets are sent directly from your browser to your respective endpoint. It is private between you and your respective endpoint. No intermediate logging occurs on Hands servers during BYOK execution.
