Install the extension, configure your AI model, and run your first autonomous browser workflow in under two minutes.
Install the Extension
Hands is packaged as a standard Chromium extension. It is compatible with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc, and any other Chromium-based browser.
* Note: You may need to pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access.
Connect an Intelligence Provider
Because Hands executes locally, it needs an intelligence provider to process the DOM. You can use our Free Tier rolling limits, upgrade to the Pro Tier for high-throughput execution with the Hands Super Model, or completely bypass our backend by bringing your own API key (BYOK) for unlimited execution.
- Click the Hands icon to open the extension side panel.
- You can immediately "Continue with Google" to use the Hands Super Model (Free/Pro tiers).
- Or, to use BYOK, click the Settings (Gear) icon in the top right.
- Toggle Use Custom Provider to ON.
- Enter your API key, Custom Base URL, and Model ID.

Run Your First Workflow
Navigate to any website you wish to automate (e.g., a CRM, a booking site, or an internal dashboard).
Hit Enter. You will see Hands visually highlighting elements on the page as it parses the DOM, makes decisions, and executes clicks and typing autonomously in real-time.
